At Cyclecev.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all items.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:

- It must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cyclecev.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please email us at support@cyclecev.com to arrange the exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, Cyclecev.com will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
